Who is Peter Bourne
Peter A. Bourne’s life exemplifies service, discipline, and faith. Born in New York City, he answered the call to serve his country at the age of 20 by joining the United States Navy. Over two decades, Peter served with honor and distinction, retiring after 20 years of dedicated service. His Navy career instilled in him the values of integrity, accountability, and perseverance—qualities he now seeks to bring to the Georgia 13th District in Washington.
After retiring from the military, Peter and his family made Georgia their home in 2014. Guided by a strong Christian conservative faith, Peter founded a successful wealth management company, Bourne Alliance Group, LLC, helping families grow, protect, and preserve their financial futures. His expertise in financial planning, tax strategies, and retirement solutions gives him a unique perspective on the economic challenges that families in the Georgia 13th District face every day.
Service to country is a family tradition in the Bourne household. His wife, Ro, is also a proud Navy veteran, and their daughter recently completed Navy boot camp, continuing the legacy of veteran leadership in their family.

Our seniors and working families in the Georgia 13th District have contributed to Social Security and Medicare throughout their lives — those benefits represent a promise that must be upheld. In Congress, I will fight against any effort to cut or weaken Social Security, Medicare, or Medicaid. Healthcare must be accessible and affordable, especially for our most vulnerable citizens. I am committed to lowering prescription drug costs, safeguarding retirement benefits, and ensuring that every Georgian can rely on the programs they’ve earned. Protecting these pillars of security is not merely policy — it’s a moral obligation to those who built this nation, and as your representative, I will bring veteran leadership to this fight.
